Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

PumFox is built to work with as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

PumFox.com ("PumFox", "we", "us") provides non-custodial tools for creating and managing Solana tokens. This policy applies to our website, dashboard and related services.

2. Information we never collect

We never ask for, receive or store your seed phrase, recovery phrase or private keys. All transaction signing happens inside your own wallet. If anyone claiming to be PumFox asks for them, it is a scam.

3. Information we collect

  • Wallet data: your public wallet address, balances and on-chain activity needed to show your coins, pools and fees.
  • Account data: if you sign in with email, your email address, account role and sign-in timestamps. Passwords are handled by our secure authentication provider and are not visible to us.
  • Token data: names, symbols, images, descriptions and links you submit when creating a token.
  • Transaction records: signatures of confirmed fee payments, used for accounting and fraud prevention.
  • Technical data: basic device, browser and error information used to keep the service working and secure.

4. How we use information

  • To provide the service: prepare transactions, upload token metadata and show your dashboard.
  • To calculate and record service fees and holder discounts.
  • To secure the platform, prevent abuse and fix errors.
  • To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Public blockchain data

Solana is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, transactions and token metadata are visible to anyone and are permanent. PumFox cannot edit or delete information once it is on the blockchain or in published token metadata.

6. Browser storage

We store preferences in your browser, such as theme, watchlist, connected wallet choice and unfinished coin drafts. Copy Token drafts are kept only for the current browser session. You can clear this data anytime in your browser settings; we do not use advertising cookies.

7. Sharing with third parties

We share only what is needed with service providers that help run PumFox:

  • Hosting, database and authentication providers.
  • Solana RPC providers that send your approved transactions.
  • Market data and liquidity services such as DexScreener, Jupiter and Raydium.
  • Your wallet provider, which handles signing.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform. Each third party follows its own privacy policy.

8. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and removed or anonymised when no longer needed. Fee records may be kept longer for accounting, tax and legal reasons. On-chain data cannot be removed by anyone.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections, restricted access controls and role-based permissions to protect data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your wallet and devices protected.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to certain uses. Contact us to make a request. These rights do not apply to public blockchain data we do not control.

11. Children

PumFox is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. International users

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is processed.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
