By accessing or using PumFox.com ("PumFox", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement.

PumFox provides non-custodial software tools that help you:

• Create Solana SPL tokens with metadata (Token Launch).
• Use public details of an existing token as a starting template (Copy Token).
• Add or withdraw liquidity through third-party pools such as Raydium.
• View your created coins, analytics, activity, trending markets and a watchlist.

PumFox is a software interface only. We do not issue, sell, endorse, manage, market or provide liquidity for any token, and we are not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser.

You connect your own wallet (for example Phantom, Solflare or Backpack). PumFox never holds your funds and never receives your private keys or seed phrase.

Every transaction is prepared in your browser and shown to you before you approve it in your wallet. Once confirmed on the Solana blockchain, transactions are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by PumFox.

You are responsible for keeping your wallet, devices and recovery phrase secure.

Service fees, when enabled, are displayed before you approve a transaction and are included in the same wallet approval. Current fees are listed on the Fees page.

Solana network fees, account rent and metadata storage costs are charged by the blockchain, not by PumFox. Fees and network costs are non-refundable, including if a token later fails, loses value or is rejected by a third party.

You are solely responsible for every token you create and all content you submit, including names, symbols, images, descriptions, websites and social links.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use that content. Token metadata is published publicly and permanently and generally cannot be edited or removed after launch.

Copy Token only pre-fills a draft from publicly available token details. The new token receives its own new mint address, supply and authorities; it does not copy balances, holders, liquidity or value.

You must not use copied details to impersonate another project, mislead buyers or infringe trademarks or copyrights.

You agree not to use PumFox to:

• Commit fraud, run scams, rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes or market manipulation.
• Impersonate any person, brand or project, or infringe intellectual property.
• Launder money, finance terrorism or evade sanctions.
• Publish illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or harmful content.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform or its users.

We may block access, hide tokens from our interface or cooperate with authorities where we reasonably suspect a violation.

Some features use an email account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us about unauthorised use. Account roles are assigned by PumFox and cannot be obtained through a wallet.

PumFox relies on independent services such as Solana RPC providers, wallet providers, Raydium, Jupiter and DexScreener. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, pricing or security. Their own terms apply.

PumFox operates on Solana Mainnet. Devnet or test features, where available, are for testing only and tokens there have no value.

The PumFox name, logo, design and software are owned by PumFox and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. You keep ownership of the content you submit.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PumFox and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data or opportunity arising from your use of the platform, blockchain behaviour, wallet errors, third-party services or token price changes.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid to PumFox in the 30 days before the claim.

You agree to compensate and hold PumFox harmless from claims, losses and costs arising from your tokens, your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend, limit or end access to any part of the service at any time, including for security, legal or maintenance reasons. Tokens already on the blockchain remain there independently of PumFox.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
